Truth in the Moment
A conversation about craft, courage, and being fully present.
What does it mean to live truthfully—not just as an actor, but as a human being?
I sat down with Adam Lowder on his podcast In The Moment to talk about the Meisner Technique, the vulnerability it requires, and why truthful behavior under imaginary circumstances is more vital than ever.
“Acting is not about being someone else. It’s about being fully yourself, under different conditions.”
This is a deep, honest conversation about presence, emotional truth, and the transformative nature of the actor’s work.
